The Government of Ukraine adopted a resolution of April 7, 2021, № 336.
In essence, the changes:
In the “Personal protective equipment” section of the section “Medical devices, medical equipment and other goods necessary for the implementation of measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread, localization and elimination of outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by SAR CoV-2 ”:
the name of the unit shall be worded as follows:
“Personal protective equipment *”;

“* The subdivision is indicated for exemption from value-added tax only for supply operations in the customs territory of Ukraine.”;
“** The item” medical mask “is accompanied by a document on compliance with DSTU EN 14683: 2014 and/or EN 14683: 2005.”;
to supplement the list with a footnote “***” of the following content:
“*** A document on compliance with DSTU EN 14126: 2008 and/or EN 14126: 2003 shall be attached to the specified item of goods.”.
The resolution came into force on April 15, 2021.
