Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 2020, № 262 The Government of Ukraine once again amended the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020, № 211 “On prevention of the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2”.

In particular, in the part of the market of medical devices, the changes provide that in item 8 which speaks about the establishment of a ban on work of business entities which provides reception of visitors and fixes exceptions from such ban, namely:

hygiene products, medicines and medical devices (new version of medical devices), technical and other means of rehabilitation,…., reproducing and transmitting information, in specialized stores, which must have direct contracts with telecom operators, for conditions for providing staff (including protection of the face and eyes) and visitors with personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks, including self-made, stay in the room no more than one from a visitor 10 square meters of retail space, as well as compliance with other sanitary and anti-epidemic measures.

The changes came into force on April 10, 2020, due to the official publication in the Government Courier.
