Thus, the order, in particular, provides for the approval of:
1) Action Plan of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the implementation of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 14, 2020 and March 23, 2021 “On the application, abolition, and amendment of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)” put into effect by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of May 14, 2020 № 184/2020;
2) the form of information on the results of monitoring the implementation of restrictive measures (sanctions);
3) the form of information on the implementation and monitoring of the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions).
