The Government adopted the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2020 No. 232 “On Amendments to Clause 4 of the Procedure of State Registration (Re-Registration) of Disinfectants”, which provides for the possibility of registration of disinfectants based on the positive findings of the state sanitary-epidemiological expertise procedures for the study of specific activity, safety, quality (efficiency) of disinfectants and their testing in practice.
In accordance with paragraph 3 of the Procedure of the State registration (re-registration), the means on which hygiene standards are established are subject.
In order to speed up the process of registration (re-registration) of those disinfectants that have received or receive the conclusion of the state sanitary-epidemiological examination in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Procedure, the registration (re-registration) of the means will be carried out by a simplified procedure.
To do this, the applicant should address a letter to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the registration (re-registration) of the disinfectant, with a certified copy of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination attached to the letter.
After verifying the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements established in the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine shall, within 30 days, submit a disinfectant to the State Register of Disinfectants, which is available on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
According to paragraph 3 of the Procedure of State registration (re-registration), the tool is considered registered since its entry in the State Register of Disinfectants, which is available on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the section “Open data” – http://moz.gov.ua/vidkriti-dani
