This act approves:
- the list of medicines, medical devices and auxiliaries to them, which are purchased for the implementation of relevant agreements (contracts) concluded by the person authorized to procure in the field of health care for the implementation of programs and implementation of centralized health care measures by areas of use budget funds in 2021;
- list of medicines and medical devices purchased on the basis of procurement agreements with specialized organizations that procure in the areas of use of budget funds in 2021.
It is established that the requirements for the complete set of medical devices are indicated in the information on technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the subject of procurement (medical and technical (technical) requirements).
The act came into force on 02/27/2021.
