The document came into force on February 19, 2021 in connection with the publication in the newspaper “Governmental Courier” 34 of February 19, 2021.
The changes affected the section “Consumables for medical care for patients with COVID-19 and medical devices for vaccination against COVID-19”.
Thus, the position of “disposable, sterile syringes” is supplemented by syringes with a volume of 0.3 ml, 0.5 ml.
This section is also supplemented by the items “container for collection (disposal) of medical waste” and “sterile injection syringes.
Similar changes have been made to the list of goods, works and services required to implement measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread, localization and elimination of outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Ukraine. , approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20.03.2020 № 225.
In addition, Resolution № 118 amended the List of medicines and medical devices purchased on the basis of procurement agreements with specialized organizations that carry out procurement in the areas of use of budget funds in 2019 under the program “Provision of medical activities of individual government programs and complex measures of a program nature “, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 13, 2019 № 255.
Thus, the section “Medical devices to prevent the introduction and spread in Ukraine of acute respiratory disease caused by coronavirus COVID-19” is supplemented by the position “sterile syringes”.
