The resolution that simplifies the procurement of goods, works and services necessary to control the COVID-19 coronavirus disease was adopted at the meeting of the government on March 29.
In addition, such procurement procedures can be carried out now by all customers in the territory Ukraine.
According to the decision, the customer only needs to publish information about the planned procurement and to report about its results in the electronic procurement system.
Moreover, according to the List of goods, works and services necessary for the implementation of measures aimed at prevention of the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), all customers in the territory of Ukraine shall be able to make procurements, whereas previously only healthcare institutions were able to carry out procurement procedures.
