Thus, the order provides for the approval of the Amendment to the Action Plan of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated December 15, 2020 № 2885, namely to add a new position as follows:
– Draft order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “Some issues of production, quality control and circulation of bioimplants”.
It is assumed that the draft act will be developed in order to implement the Procedure for the manufacture, quality control and circulation of bioimplants, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 24, 2021 № 158.
The Directorate of High-Tech Medical Care and Innovations has been appointed responsible for drafting the act.
Deadline – November 2021.
