The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a draft Agreement (in the form of an exchange of notes) between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Japan on granting the Government of Ukraine a non-project grant for the purchase of special equipment for medical facilities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The relevant order of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 5, 2021, № 8-r was published on the Government’s website without the text of the draft Agreement and the Minutes of Discussions and the Agreed Minutes on procedural details to the said Agreement.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is determined to be responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
